No clear focus
Ten pointers after practice, none of them fixed. "Work on your handle" isn't a plan.
Baller Path: one focus at a time, in plain words, from a coach who saw it.

Your player gets one focus and a few reps a day from Storm Basketball Training. They send a 30-second clip, Coach sends back one fix within 2 days, and a 1-minute game log shows whether it's working when it counts. Your family sees every step.

Hard-working kids plateau for the same three reasons. Baller Path is built to close all three.

What happens between sessions decides who improves. Usually, nobody's watching.
Baller Path: a 30-second clip shows the work, and Coach sends back one fix within 2 days.
You pay for training and get a car-ride summary. It's hard to tell what's working.
Baller Path: a weekly recap, re-test numbers, and whether the focus is showing up in games.
Every player runs the same honest six-week cycle. The plan is different for every kid; the standard isn't.
A real baseline across all four parts of the game, and goals from the player and family.
The coach picks the one thing that moves this player next and explains why.
10–20 minutes at home or before practice. Send a 30-second clip and what you noticed.
A 1-minute game log after every game, a family recap every week, and a re-test at week 6.
Then it starts again, one stage further along: Foundation → Build → Compete → Lead → Next level.
Players who make teams and earn minutes are rarely the ones with one great skill. They're solid across all four parts of the game. That's what we build, and measure.
The fundamentals, built to hold up at game speed and under contact.
Seeing the play before it happens. Taught on the court and on film.
A quicker first step and a body that lasts the season, at the right level for their age.
The habits that make the other three stick, and the confidence to use them in games.
The player knows what to do today. The parent knows how it's going. The coach knows who needs them. No app store; it opens from a link on any phone.

Grades 3 through 12. The plan scales with the player: younger kids focus on fundamentals and habits, high schoolers add film, strength and the recruiting side.
About 10–20 minutes on most days: two or three specific reps and a quick check-in. Short and focused beats long and random.
No. Train at gyms around Belleville and the St. Louis Metro East, or fully online: your player films a few reps and gets the same evaluation, focus and coach feedback through the app. Self-Guided works wherever your player trains.
It's free and there's no obligation. A baseline read of your player across skill, basketball IQ, athleticism and mindset, in the gym or from film, plus a conversation about goals. You leave with clear next steps and a recommended plan.
It's built to sit alongside it. Team practice runs team concepts; Baller Path is the individual work in between, aimed at what your player needs.
Skill ratings across the four areas at the evaluation, re-checked every six weeks, plus reps logged, streaks and coach notes. You see the same numbers the coach does.
Once or twice a week: 30 seconds of the focus rep, so Coach can see it instead of guessing. A parent, sibling or teammate can hold the phone. Clips are private to your family and your coach.
Within 2 days, usually sooner. Every reply is one clear fix: what went well, the one adjustment, why it matters, and the next rep. Your player confirms it or asks a question.
No app store. Your invite opens Baller Path in the browser on any phone, and you can add it to your home screen in one tap.
